The Nicco Park - New Town Expressway
Cruise along the Eastern Bypass; turn towards Nicco Park and take the road between Nicco Park and Nalban. You will be on the proposed expressway to Rajarhat New Town. With every turn of the wheel you will feel as if you are leaving the city behind. The din and bustle of the corporate jungle is replaced with sprawling water bodies on both sides. Keep cruising, cross the Krishnapur Canal by the new 6-lane bridge, proceed a little further, turn right - and you are at Sanjeeva Town, just 4 Km, from Nicco Park.

The exclusive 100 ft. road
This road is built to serve Sanjeeva Town. Both the main entrance and main exit of the project lie on this road. The Aquatica Water Amusement Park stands right on the other side. By this road, the New Town (with all its modern features and facilities) is just a couple of minutes away, so is the intersection on the Rajarhat Expressway.

The Eastern Bypass
This great stretch, connecting every part of Kolkata from Garia to Ultadanga, is just 4 km, from Sanjeeva Town. It will whiz you to many parts of Kolkata from the complex. Park Street will be 20-25 minutes away by the Prak Circus Connector. The Rashbehari Connector will bring Gariahat-Golpark within easy reach. It will also help you reach Salt Lake or Ultadanga crossing in just about 10 minutes.

The south-side road
Another road connects Sanjeeva Town to the bridge on Krisnapur Canal via the Nicco Park-New Town Expressway. Sanjeeva Town will have its second entrance on this road.

The Rajarhat Expressway
The vanguard of tomorrow's Kolkata, the Rajarhat Expressway is another lifeline of the city. This is an 8-lane highway; the last one on each side is a service road. The other three lanes on each side are speed-controlled roads for different vehicles. This road, connecting Eastern Bypass and VIP Road, will simply fly you to the airport, Salt Lake or to the NH 34 from Sanjeeva Town.

The future dwelling place for 7.5 lakh people form all income groups, Rajarhat New Town will be an ultra-modern township on 3075 hectares of land. A completely planned project, this will become the new destination of tomorrow's
